Poor quality perfume

I purchased perfume from Scentimental SA perfume along with 3 other fragrances. I was happy with the 3 but the 1 had hardly any smell and was different to what I had before. I contacted Scentimental explaining that this fragrance is extremely weak and not as to what I had before. They responded with how perfume responds to someone's skin and where to spray totally ignoring the fact that I am mentioning that this is absolutely weak and different. So I'm totally disappointed in their response considering I mentioned I was totally happy with the other 3 fragrances. It's like it's just water in the bottle.with a feibt scent that disappears within minutes. I told them I tested it on someone else and also cannot smell it on them.
