Poor business and luck of communication
I bought a perfume from them 3 weeks ago and till today I have not received it. They sent me a email to tell me that it is out of stock after 3 weeks of me placing an order and yet after they received a complaint email from me. Very poor business and pathetic! How do you put something that is out of stock online and you respond after 3 weeks that you out of stock. Very disappointed in them they just boosting their name over nothing very ***********!

03 Dec 2024, 14:36hi Raymond - thanks for your review and apologies, we have like many of our competitors have experienced a huge influx of orders, however that is no excuse for a delay in delivery, which we are busy fixing at this very moment. We have put in place full spectrum daily communication to all our clients on outstanding orders. this is delivered by Whatsapp and Email.
