Over promise, Under Delivery, Cant even communicate

No replies to emails No replies to whatsapp help No other means of contacting this company, I even tried to contact the website developers to find some sort of way to contact them. With this lack of communications, I want a refund - I cannot trust such a quiet online store to fulfill my order.
