Lack of communication!
I'm actually looking forward to receiving the fragrances because I trust them however, their lack of communication makes me lack trust and question if I'm actually going to be a return customer. I've see a lot of people here compliment their customer service but I am yet to see that. I've contacted them via WhatsApp and on Email but still no response. Your customer service is supposed to be 24/7, I'm disappointed.

08 Aug 2025, 09:58I revoke my initial review you guys deserve 10 stars, I was not aware that they did not operate on weekends and even so mu order came wayyy quicker than expected and on top of that the fragrances are to die for!!! 10hr+ longevity and good performance. I'm surprised that I still have to let them mature because already they are just astounding. Thank you Scentimental! I will definitely be buying again this month and the other months that follow! The best!!
