Do not purchase Sentimental SA

Hello Peter,

I placed an order with Scentental SA for the first time, I don’t get a tracking number and it’s been going for two weeks now, I tried to email and even went on their website and no contact back. I don’t know what to do, any advise on what should I do going forward?

I need my perfume or money back. I have an influence on social media and I would have to make videos to stop my followers for even considering this brand but at this point I am ****med and I want my product or money back.

What should I do? And I have to leave the country in few weeks for a work promo but can’t leave not knowing anything.
