Disappointment!
The one star is for running a BOGO special. That’s all that was good about my experience.
My order took a while to go from ‘confirmed’ to ‘processing.’ Upon enquiry i was met with rude agents that use copy and paste responses. You have to pay extra for ‘faster’ service. What a ripoff!
Waited over a week for my order to be delivered only to discover that the fragrances I waited for still needs to mature at the back of my drawer for 4 weeks!
I still tried the fragrances straight after delivery and my word does it fade quickly. No depth and smells cheap. Even with the BOGO special it is a waste of money.
I shall let these fragrances ‘mature’ for a month and hopefully they will be worth using. Will happily amend my review after this time has passed. I just think it should be clearly stated that these products are not ready for use. Unless I didn’t read properly, nowhere does it state when purchasing that these fragrances are not ready for use immediately after purchase.
**Disclaimer: Yes I know it says on the website that delivery can take up to 5 business days, and processing takes 2 days. At least that’s 1 week less to wait for the ‘maturing process.’**
I would rather support other brands that treat their customers with respect and manages to get orders out without having to pay extra for basics.

Having looked into your log of conversation on our system, the only correspondence we find is of 2 April, when our Agents let you know that your order had not been dispatched yet, that the tracking link would be functional once your order is sent, and our turnaround times. In your reply to this honest review, you conveniently left out explaining why your product is unusable on arrival. I appreciate that you took the time to reply, but you are not addressing all my concerns.
