Broken Nozzles Delivered

I have made two orders now on Scentimental and my experience has been very mixed on both accounts. First, the communication from them after placing an order is quite lackluster.. but that is not the point of this review. I have ordered from this place twice now, and have been left disappointed each time. First order (#70340): BOGO promo. Was delivered in a reasonable time, however one bottle came broken on the nozzle/tip. Further, that bottle that came broken did not last long at all. So, of the two perfumes only one was useable and worth it. Second order (#96550): Build Your Own 3 promo. Also delivered in a reasonable time, HOWEVER, ONE BOTTLE AGAIN arrived broken at the nozzle/tip and this time I took pictures. Now, this one broken bottle keeps spilling even when stored upright. I don't know yet how long these ones that I got now last.. but we will see. Quite disappointing experience though considering how many raving reviews this place is given. I was very keen to continue supporting a Proudly SA, but now I will reconsider.
