Bad customer service

Good quality product but really bad customer care. I tried to amend my order 10 minutes after placing it. Company does not have any direct line. Took the WhatsApp line 3 hours to rudely respond that they can't assist me. Email lime even worst. My email query was closed without any response. It's unfortunate that at this day and age you need to deal with such bad client service. I might use them again but will have to make very sure not to deal with any unforseen issues because I will not be helped.
