Scentiago perfume is ******** their customers

I bought several perfumes on the website on 9 November 2021. They advised the following day that 2 of the perfumes ordered were sold out and that they would refund the R1000.00 but it would take 7 days. They wanted my banking details. After several requests they only refunded R500.00 the other R500.00 is still to date 24 May 2022 outstanding. I have sent numerous emails, multiple watsapps to the same number they have contactiled me from before and tried phoning endless times. They are ******** and they still send promotional emails and watsapps.
