Worst service ever
Utterly disappointed, it's the last week of January. We are rushed into paying fees but there's no service. This institution doesn't even respond to our emails, been sending an email from the 14th. Once you make your first payment they ignore your emails, feels like you are talking to a wall, all they do is send a generic email stating they are not *****sters but there's no service at all. My greatest regret select this institution over others in the market. I dont even know if my child will ever get what he needs or I have to count it as a loss and move on

12 Feb 2026, 16:46Good day Joyce RachekoThank you for bringing this to our attention. We are truly sorry to read about your experience and the distress this situation has caused you. Choosing a school for your child is a significant decision, and it is deeply concerning for us to hear that you feel unsupported and uncertain. Please allow us to sincerely apologise for the delay in responding to your emails. January is our busiest enrolment period, but this should never result in a parent feeling ignored or without service. Your feedback is valid, and we take full responsibility for the frustration this has created. We want to reassure you that once payment is received, your child’s placement and academic journey remain a priority to us. You have not been forgotten, and your child will absolutely receive the support and education you enrolled for. What you are experiencing is not the standard we aim to provide, and we are committed to addressing this urgently. To resolve this without any further delay, we kindly ask that you send us a direct message with your child’s name and grade, or email us at ***. A senior team member will personally review your file and ensure you receive clear feedback and immediate assistance. At Saving Grace Education Group, we are continuously strengthening our communication systems to better support our families, especially during high-volume periods. Feedback like yours helps us improve, and we genuinely appreciate you speaking up.We truly regret that your experience has led to disappointment, and we would welcome the opportunity to restore your confidence in us. Your child’s education matters, and so does your peace of mind.Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to assisting you promptly.Warm regards,
