Accountability Works Both Ways—A Massive Thank You to Saving Grace!
As a single mother who raised her only child entirely on her own, and a qualified teacher to boot, I learned very quickly that being a teacher didn't magically fix the public school system for my son. When we finally chose homeschooling, I went in with one firm, unshakeable belief: It is OUR responsibility. My son's mistakes are his own, and my job as a parent is not to turn a blind eye, but to support fairness, respect the rules, and take accountability. Deadlines, rules, and procedures exist for a reason! When technical glitches or software updates inevitably popped up (because let's be honest, any upgrade guarantees teething issues), I didn't sit back and wait for a miracle. I followed up, pushed through, and yes—I can proudly admit I probably made over 365 calls in less than 3 months! 🤣🤣 Because that is what parent involvement actually looks like. In our two years with Saving Grace, dealing with numerous different staff members whom we always thanked by name, we have never experienced rudeness or impatience. No favoritism, no magic shortcuts—just consistent follow-ups, mutual respect, and problems that always got resolved. To the team: Thank you for your endless patience and hard work behind the scenes. Any software hiccup or growing pain is completely worth it. You have been an incredible partner in my son's high school journey, and we couldn't be more grateful!

I'm 100% convinced that this is just a **** and not an actual school. I have been paying school fees monthly and every month I have issues and have had to call and email and WhatsApp non stop to get help. My son finally completed a year and I have had to pound them non stop for his report so that he can move on to the next grade. 3 months later fees still being paid on time and absolutely no progress, feedback or report which means they have scored 3 months school fees for absolutely nothing. Please do not fall for their ****s. As someone mentioned before, I think their good reviews are self written as it's absolutely not what we have experienced first hand in the 8 months dealing with them. Now my son is even further behind and this should be ********. Will consult with a lawyer and sue for the damages.

Vodacom loves me
Where do I begin? Had to hold one of the receptionist hostage on the phone untill my children's profiles were generated, had to then call again untill all relevant subjects were made available on the platform, had to then call again to get the webmails sorted. Had to call multiple times because the content of some subjects were completely unrelated to my child's grade. Had to call again for various reasons, before having to call again when assignments started. Had to call basically every second day to enquire as to when said assignments were going to be made available. Had to once again phone just today to find out why my one daughter's report card only has 2 subjects marks and where the other child's report card is. I suspect I'll have to call again tomorrow to enquire when this term's work will be uploaded to the platform. If you read this, think thrice before engaging with this establishment. It's about as organized as vomit in a tumble dryer.
