We enrolled our children with Saving Grace Education Group and paid registration and January fees, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The school started late without informing us, communication was poor, and logins/curriculum access were delayed. Some subjects were only uploaded weeks later after repeated follow-ups. Learners did not have full access to the advertised “100% schooling” content, and no assessment schedule was provided. When we raised concerns and requested a refund, it was declined and we were then blocked, making communication impossible. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Saving Grace Education Group.
