**Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Service**
**Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Service**
We are extremely disappointed in **Saving Grace Education School**.
We first paid the **deposit**, and only when we followed up afterwards were we informed that our daughter’s profile would **only be activated once the first month’s fees were also paid**. This requirement was **not communicated at the time the deposit was requested**.
After paying both the deposit and the first month’s fees, we waited until the **end of January** for our daughter’s profile to be loaded onto the system. Once this was done, we then waited **another full week** before any learning material was uploaded.
During this period, my wife emailed the school **multiple times** requesting guidance on how to approach our daughter’s learning material, especially since we had also placed her in a school centre to prevent her from falling behind academically. **More than two weeks later, there has still been no response** to these emails.
We also attempted to phone the school several times with **no success**. The only time we received a response was **after I posted a complaint on Facebook**. I was then contacted by a very rude lady who stated that they *do not care* about our issues and that if we wanted to move our daughter, they would refund us.
At that stage, our daughter was already behind academically, and moving her again would have caused her to lose even more valuable learning time — something we simply could not afford.
This experience reflects a serious lack of communication, professionalism, and concern for learners and parents. We trusted this institution with our child’s education and were let down.
I would strongly caution other parents to carefully consider this before enrolling their children.
At the start of the academic year in January, we experienced a number of unforeseen challenges during our onboarding period while simultaneously transitioning and improving our internal systems.
Although these changes were carefully planned, we acknowledge that the beginning of the year was not as smooth as we had intended, and we take full ownership of this.
We understand how important timely communication and access to learning material are, especially at the start of a school year, and we are genuinely sorry that your experience did not reflect the standard of service we strive to provide. The inconvenience and stress caused to your daughter’s academic start are deeply regretted.
Your feedback has been taken seriously and has contributed to improvements we have already implemented to strengthen our onboarding and communication processes moving forward.
Should you wish to discuss this further, please feel free to contact us at ***, and we will gladly assist.
Thank you for your feedback and for trusting us with your child’s education.
