Unprofessional, *********** and Extremely Poor Service!

I made a claim a through budget insurance and i was referred to Savannah Coach works. It took them over 3 months to repair/replace the fender and right door of my car. I eventually got a call from them to pick up the car 3 months later and to my surprise when i got to the workshop the car couldn't start and i was told that the battery was dead and that i need to pay for a new battery. I refused to pay for a new battery because the damage was due to the car being stripped and left stationary for over 3 months. It took a heated argument with of the employees and an escalation to the assessor to resolve the impasse and as if that was not enough when i got home and did a further inspection on the vehicle I found that bonnet and certain components were not fitted correctly. I would not recommend this company to anyone, their service is extremely poor, they are grossly unprofessional and ***********.Budget Insurance should also take some responsibility for their continued use of this company despite their appalling service.
