Unhappy with Savanna Coach Works

I was in an accident on 9 December 2022, my insurer sent me to Savanna Coach works as their main supplier of choice. 9th January 2023 I took my vehicle in for repairs, I only got it back by the beginning of March 2023, lack of spares was there reason for taking that amount of time. When I took the vehicle the aircon was not functioning and I know that it did work when we took the vehicle for assessment at Bence in Struben Street. According to Savanna they repaired the Condenser of the aircon in the vehicle. I let them know that it was not functioning now and broad it back for repair a month later I was informed that the aircon clutch was faulty and the insurance must repair, my insurer says it was not part of my plan and it is for my account which will be about R10000 to R30000. When I got home, I saw that there was a dent on the hood of the vehicle, which Savanna are willing to repair as it might be their fault. I can say that I will never take my vehicle or tell any one to take their vehicle to Savanna Coach Works even if they pay me
