SAVANNAH COACHWORKS HORROR

The lack of professional services from Savannah Coachworks is appauling to say the least. They have no regards for their clients nor the SLA they put in place. My car has been with them for 7weeks to date and every week they promise it will be fixed it does not get fixed at all. One has to constantly without fail keep checking on progress which is unacceptable. I partially also blame first for women, whom they are affiliated to, the level of escalation needs to be relooked and amended accordingly.
