I claimed for an accident more than a month ago. I was then referred to Savannah Coachworks to repair my car.

I've waited for 4 weeks to get my car but when I got it, it still had errors on it: the boot didn’t open, the drivers door didn’t lock and the rear license plate light didn’t work. They also didn't replace the damaged number plate as stated on the repair approval report. Which means that they didn’t check the car before handing it over to me. After taking my car back to the panel beater the central locking is still not working as Savannah Coachworks doesn't know how to fix it. Not to mention that I've already paid the extremely high excess amount.

I'm still waiting for feedback from first for women.

I’m not satisfied with the service from both first for women and Savannah coachworks.
