Unprofessional service! Super unhappy!!
Not even sure if it is worth one star. I had so much drama with Satsoft over the past 2 weeks. I ended my services with Satsoft, they still debited my account after giving my month notice. I asked them to come and collect my equipment, it took them 2 weeks after I have ended my services with them, I've been struggling for the past 2 weeks for them to put the debit order money back into my account, with the credit amount because they got the equipment back. Promises have been made but do not seem to keep to the promises at all. Super unprofessional service. WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!
