Satelite Software Service Sucks

Satelite Software don’t respect other people’s businesses reputations. I have been with this company for over 5yrs.

Every time we requested new service, we had to chase. Now we have been charged for an additional point that we don’t have since October, Eben keeps making promises about coming up with a solution and 3-4months later we still waiting.

Our tenants have zero wifi yet we are billed every single month without fail. We have been to their office more than 3 times to complain and nothing done but try to skip a month then all of sudden they remember your email.

Eben, you have an awesome business, get your act right and be a man of your word. This is **** up that can be fixed by taking your customers and their reputations seriously
