Bad Service

We are with Satsoft Mokopane for n few years now. There Service is very poor. we are without internet now for sins 16th of June we reported that we do not have internet so they told us its on Vumatels side. they took a week to log a ticket to Vumatel. I have ended my service with them then i asked for a cancellation letter on a letter head they just sent me a plain email to inform me that it is cancelled. Yesterday i have asked for a date of when they are going to release my fiber line but the just don't answer me i have asked them this morning again.
