Many years with them and every time we have a problem it takes months to sort out the problem. Then Eben is not in then Jaco isn't in then we will give them the message. It's pathetic that companies run like this.

We are using a system called soft admin and for the past 2-3 months our creditors are complaining because we don't pay then but our system just doesn't work, we cant do month end due to the problem we experience and we just don't get feedback or any assistants. and this is not the first time.

Previously, we waited for almost 5 months, what a joke. Funny looking at the review now they actually have clients that are happy must be of those that are just happy with everything.
