Satellite Connectors nonexistent service

They installed a "brand new" explorer decoder on 18 December 2022. R 6 000-00 later I have encountered countless problems with them and Multichoice (useless) who have to date, over a month later not bothered to replace the defective decoder nor check their faulty installation. How can they be an accredited Multichoice Installer??????
