WORST SERVICE EVER FROM SASSA REP MBANGO!

I had the worst experience with Mbango at Chiawelo Post Office Sassa. He needs to be fired and should have never been hired because he has no customer service s**** at all. He asked me to leave as he couldn't help me due to no reason and wanted me to come back on Monday! Pathetic reasons as his system was working just fine! Sassa should have never hired people who shout at their customers for asking help. I was the only person left and asked him nicely to assist me with my application of grant and he took his title to his head! MBANGO SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN HIRED! WORST REPRESENTATIVE FOR ANY BUSINESS! CONTACT ME
