Worst service

SASSA hammanskraal branch is the worst ever. I have been there 3 times already and still no assistance. Each time im turned back 1 thing or another. The last time i was turned back because they needed a letter proving that my employment contract has expired. I got the letter from head office, was mailed and i print it out. Still according to SASSA is npt sufficient.

The letter was sufficient to other financila institutuons when i was asking for assistance, now i need a stamp. Wesbank required the same letter to create a paymebt arrangement for me and it was sufficient. But No, SASSA needs a stamp from the company, what is the letterhead for and the contact details, isnt that for verification? Now i amunemployed, at my own cost need to travel to JOBURG to find out if the letter can be stamped or not? Isn't this SASSA supposed to be assisting us single, unemployed mothers? I mean you could swear that these ladies are giving you that money from their salaries. This is pathetic.. And the pople are rude aswell.

Someone need to intervene. First you sit there for hours before you get assistance and thenthey are quick not to even do their job. SASSA Hammanskraal will forever have a line coz tue same people keep coming there everyday coz of lack of service. I could swear that each of the employeed there work in a different SASSA as each one does things the way they want. 1 will tell you tbis today and the other something else tomorrow. SASAA hammanskraal is nonsense and those lazy ass officials. Im fed up to the core.
