Wheelchair bound vulnerable people treated putridly

A wheelchair bound girl and her parents have been standing in the sassa Bellville line for 2 days now... Yesterday they gt there at 5 the morning and today.. Just before 2 this morning... They have no guarantee of being helped... I cannot gt thru to the number they called me from... The father is furious and disheartened.. She need to reapply for her disability and only needs a form.. The are old pple and pple with babies outside... Yesterday.. They just showed pple away before 3 the afternoon and ur told to come back tommorow.. Meanwhile the parents loose wages and this girl... Like hundreds of other vulnerable pple are stopped and shun away by security... Can anyone advise... HELP!!!.. It's national gvmt.. What do these pple do??
