What relief fund?

Absolutely disgusting service. I app**** on the 11th of May via Whatsapp, ussd and email! I have not recieved approval for May, and I'm still waiting.

I app**** then again on the 30th of May for June, which only got approved mid-July, I got the sms for banking details which have been sent and I am still waiting for a payment, never mind approval for July.

It's now going on 4 months of waiting and do you think I can get through to the number that is listed?

I need feedback now, Unacceptable.
