What a joke

Absolute BS!!! I started applying for this fund in May. I only received funds for June and July! Once that payment was received, I immediately app**** again for August. Today is 2 months since applying for August and I am still pending, so when will this be paid and how long am I meant to wait for September now as well???? How are people surviving who are unemployed??????????????????????
