Waiting for 8 months

Good day My name is Rozanne about 8 months ago I reapp**** for Sassa Grand for my two daughters with all the required documents. They told me they would phone me as I'm under investigation for not claiming for three years I then had to provide them with an affidavit that stated that my daughters stayed by my family in that time. Today I returned to our Sassa offices just to hear that I need to resend all the previous paper work due to a new system they have I have no other income and cant work because I have a daughter with medical disabilities .
