Useless SASSA

Sassa must be the most *********** place on planet earth. They never answer phones. They'll answer emails ask for ID and details of the problem but they never come back to you with a solution or any help. I've been trying to do my grant online since beginning of February and it's still incomplete. How many times must a person go to the bank for updated statements and SAP for docs to be commissioned? Get your act together and do your job.
