My adopted brother has been gong to Sassa in Mitchell`s Plain for the last 2 months. He has been informed every week to come back next week. He cannot work due to his disability. Sassa keeps turning him away to say he can submit his papers the following. mean ts been going on for the past few months. What must he and his family live on?
