Update your systems - ALL!!

I was declined for R350 and app**** for reconsideration, after months of waiting I was approved last month for November, December and January, no payment dates allocated as yet. So I went to the Post office today to check and according to the consultant there is nothing on the system when checking with my ID number. What is the problem and how long is this going to take to resolve because apparently these payments stop month end April. People who are earning wages have received R350 grants, pathetic service and so unfair because drug addicts and alcoholics who do not care about their basic needs get the money and us who actually want to put the money to good use, wait ages and still get no joy.

I visited Beaconsfield branch this morning, arrived at 08:00 with my brother, he asked the manager if I will be helped with my drivers license, to which she responded yes. So I stood in the que until 10:00 and then went to check the Manager was making herself coffee and not one person was helped as yet. So I called her to ask that I just want to confirm if they can help me with my drivers license because they told my brother it's fine but I'm just double checking. She (the manager) informed me that neither her nor her assistant did any such thing and I have to go make an ID.

Do these people not think, making an ID costs money?

Anyway, at the Kimberley main post office, they assisted me with my driver license, it was only that they could not pick up anything with my ID. Please I need this resolved asap
