Unsuccessful disability grant

My brother has been going to Sassa office at Maponya Mall, his application was unsuccessful. He was shot in 1976, he was shot in the head and spine. He can’t walk properly but the doctor from Sassa said he is fine. He has the bullet in his head. But unfortunately his application was unsuccessful. I am so disappointed and disgusted by Sassa.
