Unreliable and ridiculous

I went to draw money for my father as he is on dissibility and struggles to walk with his sassa card at a nedbank atm when the whole machine froze and i couldnt retrieve the card i phoned nedbank and they couldnt help me said i have to phone sassa but guess what you cant phone sassa as they dont have a emergency after hours number how ridiculous is that how do you not have a emergency number
