UNPAID FOSTER GRANT

The issue is the SEPTEMBER FOSTER GRANT PAYOUT NOT ISSUED. So September the money was not paid bu sassa . I went to enquire at their office and they promised it will be paid soon. I waited and no money was deposited . Come october grants date the money that was paid was for october only . I went back to the office and the lady there told me they already reported it the problem is with national office so i must wait for november it will be doubled but it has not been paid as i check my balance. I want to know what happened to the september grant payout as the child needs it especially december is around the corner. I want it to be paid immediately.
