Unhelpful and Rude!

Iv been struggling to find work as it is not easy anymore as everyone knows I then thought just for the time being to receive some sort of income I app**** for sassa R350 grant which I was approved so I was given some money atleast in July but the payment was late and only came through on the 2 of August so anyways to my complaint I do not receive a income at all as again I'm searching for a job at this time I then look for August's time as to my surprise they declined me and said means of income has been identified and that is impossible as I received July R350 but August gets declined for means of income wish I did have a means of income so I reached out to sassa to try resolve this issue and no surprise here they ignored my emails they were rude and unhelpful at the offices. Telling me it is not their problem and when phoning them you just get cut off when you want to appeal the matter I know complaining about this won't help much as it's not going to help me put food on the table but this is ridiculous how a person gets treated and I would say also why it's happening or why I think it is happening but then I'll be told a lot of nonsense has to I'm a this or that cause of my thoughts and remarks. But bottom line stays you have to beg friends and family to help to have food on the table just because Sassa or thie government is up to no good and trying to ***** pr score every cent they can from people that are really struggling!
