Unhappy with my status

To whom it may concern

I've been sending emails and even call the call center for assistance but I have receive nothing promising, Please help to understand why do i have pay dates but I can't withdraw the funds, I even try to reapply but nothing is happening, I even try to lodge appeal but nothing happen, I even try to update my banking details but nothing happens. I even have a Reference number.
