Unhappy Client
I was at Sassa Bellville office today with my brother who is a wheelchair to submit his grant application forms. Everything went well until some lady called ROCHELLE I did not get her surname came to call us. Before her someone else took his papers and left for a while, I guess he was multitasking which I did not mind and he was very well mannered. Then ROCHELLE who also works there came and called us very rudely. when we got to her desk she did not have any customer service skills. she was rude to the core. The number at her desk was no 13. She treated me that supports my brother for the last 2 years without any grant from his side like I was a piece of **** to put it mildly. How can someone like that work with people that have needs such as disabilities and to the person that accompany them. It took 99% of me not to answer her back as I was on the verge of giving her lip, the only thing that made me keep my mouth shut was the fact that she would not help him any further cause that's what they do when they feel. Not my first time there and I saw how they belittle people left right and center. I feel its unacceptable as they are getting paid to render a service. The grants don't come from their pockets. They app**** for this job it wasn't forced on them. We need to build the nation not break it down. Its a mess as it is already.
