Unhappy and disappointed

Not helpful and they don’t understand people’s situations. I registered online for child’s support grant, they application came back and said I should re submit and update the Sassa affidavit since they found my ID number on UIF. I did submit and stated that I’m on a Learnership. I submitted everything it’s been 8 months now when I call them, they send me to the offices, when I go to the offices they say I should call them. They are really playing with me, not even knowing that some of us are struggling.
