Unfair treatment by SASSA towards a grieving family

My mother passed away on the 30th of April 2021 due to Covid 19 at the age of 75.She was a state pension recipient at the time of her death. On the 1st of May 2021, her pension was rightfully paid into her account as per arrangement. We buried her and used her pension money for May 2021 to add to the funds to help with her burial. On Monday 4th of October, some officials from SASSA Kimberley came to my mother's home to demand the pension payout be paid out the this organisation.

As a family we deem this very insensitive and cruel. We were never informed on any platform about this issue, especially when someone dies. How do you demand money from a berieved family after losing a parent under such cruel circumstances, during a world wide disaster, when billions are being ****** and skwandered by ******* in these departments? We feel as if the wound that we were left with by this pandemic has been accidentally and painfully **********,whilst we are busy trying to come to terms with losing our only parent. We did not pocket the grant payout for God's sake. We used it to give her a dignified send off.
