Unfair SRD prosessing

I was retrenched due to the Covid19 outbreak and have had no success in finding employment to date. Could not even apply for UIF, as I was informed that there were no funds available. I decided to apply for SRD in August 2022, was paid on 21 January 2023 for August and September 2022. I've been declined for every month thereafter to date, their reason being "alternative income source identified". I've appealed against the declined months, as I do nót have any income source, but the outcome still remains 'pending'...I've sent emails requesting an explanation, but it's falling on deaf ears...SRD was supposed to help people like myself, but obviously the staff getting a salary to handle the prosess just couldn't be bothered to do their jobs. R350 per month is a drop in a bucket to them, but to an unemployed person it's lifesaving.
