Unemployment grant R350 nothing/declined for no reason

During this lockdown all south africans whom is unemployed where told they wil get a unemployment grant of R350. So I did apply online and waited since the month of may up until now the end of june to see that my application has been declined why I dont know so yes whe where promised something that does not even exists.
