UNAUTHORIZED DEBITS

I am writing this on behalf of my mother who is a pensioner who receives social grant from the government and for the past 7 months she receives her money with R 120 less and when she visited SASSA offices in King Williams Town she was advised that the debit has been cancelled only to realise the next month that the transaction has not been deleted but increase to R 150

We have been calling all the numbers provided to enquire with no LUCK been sent from PILLAR TO POST no solution at all . The most interesting issue is that when the slip was printed in King she was told that a certain ANELISA NAMBA is taking this money from hers but the MYSTERY is how ?
