Unauthorised debit order

My name is Minah, I am writing on behalf of my father Evon Rankapole ID number ***and my mother Martha Rankapole ID number *** who have been debited R110 each since 2015. We tried in vain to alert Sassa which has been promising to cancel the debit order nor explaining where it could be coming from. My number ***
