Unacceptable and disheartening service My experience at the SASSA office in Caledon was extremely disappointing. Staff were unapproachable, unhelpful, and showed no willingness to assist. I was sent from one person to another without any accountability. I was told to return the next day, only to find that the staff member was not even present — despite knowing I had been asked to come back. This shows a clear lack of professionalism and respect. People come to SASSA because they need help. It should not be this difficult to receive basic assistance. The lack of compassion and service is deeply upsetting.
