To the lady at customer desk 7 was horrible

To the lady at customer desk 7 was horrible .She gave the Docter the wrong grant info today I spend about 4 hours there with her for nothing,The only thing she ficus on her cellphone,She got everything wrong and I need to go back due to her negligence. Other agents helped 3 to 4 poeple were she could help me correctly. Sissi leave all those boyfriends they are gonna get you in trouble
