There is a guy here without a name bagde,actually all staff dont have name badge,his name is Jumps Makwela. The guy is so disrespectful for unnecessary reason.I wish that an undercover should just come here and captured on camera how he speaks

He asked me if I'm working and I said no,while busy with my file he makes a personal and arrange a meeting in his community about water. The call took 30 minutes,after he and his colleque went in Facebook in our presence while we wait for hour. Fine I was helped, next step they ask me if I uses to work and I said yes,now they turn me back to get an affidavit. I went to do it,left file with my child,coming back they took the file and told me to start the process from start. I went again to the like to the guy Jumba,I told him my story,he just threw the files on me. As I was waiting on the line,I see people are scared to go to him because of his bad attitude,how he speaks to elders,highly disrespectful. Today again,I'm still here since they opened,they guy Jumba comes to work at 12 and start talking to people the way he wants. All the staff here are trying to level with people,I wish I could compliment others unfortunately they dont have name tags. The service here is highly pathetic and they take advantage that they are dealing with poor people who are really dependent on the grant. My observation tells me the lady who is the head here is trying to push hard,but she fail because of the bad attitude the guy have. Its like people here are lost,always frightened by one guy. This is not fair,I which an undercover could just come here and captured his bad attitude. I have turned back 3 times,transport cost,my kids are missing out at school,they just tell us to bring kids even thou they have nothing to do with them.why can't they just call them in for fingerprints only. This is so sad,people are misusing power
