The beginning of September 2021 when my mother was supposed to get her grant, she didn't get anything

The beginning of September 2021 when my mother was supposed to get her grant, she didn't get anything. When she asked why, she was told the money was taken by someone in KZN. Why KZN when she is in Brits, North West. When follow up on this, She was then told to make copies of her ID, bring proof of residence. She was told that she will be goven Mzanzi card. She did as requested. She was slso told that the beginning of October she will get the money for October and the one for September rhat she didn't get. I then asked to go and find out if everything is okay before grant date. She then went and was told everything is fine. She went gor her October grant and was given only for one month not for two months as promised. The other worst thing is that they changed her grant number also. So, is this what we voted for and what we still going to vote for. This happened at the SASSA Brits.
