Thank you to Promise from SASSA

I would like to extend a special thanks to a consultant at SASSA. I'm not sure where she is based, but a consultant called Promise helped me tremendously. My old age grant was delayed due to completing a verification process. I called SASSA a couple of days later due to the Easter holidays. Promise went above and beyond to assist me with the matter. The next day, I received my pension monies. I am extremely grateful to her and I hope she sees this review. Thanks so much! Sharon
