Terrible service no one wants to work

You need to start hiring staff members who want to service the customers . Sassa Thokoza has no regards for that . If they not offline they are sending people away . Today they refused to work and said services will resume 2nd Jan . They were sitting and gossiping . One lady even brought the children to work . Someone with higher authority please go check on the SASSA in Thokoza
