Terrible Service

Good day, I am very unhappy and disappointed with the service that we get from Sassa especially the elderly people, my mother’s card doesn’t allow her to withdraw money, and she was told to go back home as there is nothing that Sassa could do about her situation. My Mother spent R100 return to go to post office offices in Mafikeng as there isn’t any in our area, but she has been sent backwards and forward without any help. Is this how should old people be treated in our democratic country. Please can Sassa advise us on what my mother should do in this regard.
